Terms of Service

By accessing and using HB ENTERPRISES services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

HB ENTERPRISES provides authorized service and repair services for home appliances. Our services include:

• Repair and maintenance of home appliances
• Warranty and out-of-warranty services
• Genuine spare parts replacement
• Technical consultation and support

Service charges are determined based on:

• Warranty status of the product
• Type and extent of repair required
• Cost of spare parts and labor
• Service location and travel charges (if applicable)

All charges will be communicated to you before service commencement. You have the right to accept or decline the service based on the quoted charges.

For products under manufacturer warranty:

• Service is provided as per manufacturer's warranty terms
• Valid purchase invoice and warranty card required
• Warranty does not cover physical damage or misuse
• Service warranty as per manufacturer guidelines

For out-of-warranty repairs, we provide a service warranty of 30-90 days on parts and labor, depending on the type of repair.

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during complaint registration
• Make the product available for service at scheduled times
• Provide necessary documentation (invoice, warranty card)
• Pay service charges as agreed upon
• Handle the product with care after service

We strive to complete most repairs within 24-48 hours. However, turnaround time may vary based on:

• Availability of spare parts
• Complexity of the repair
• Workload and service queue
• External factors beyond our control

We will keep you informed about any delays and provide estimated completion times.

HB ENTERPRISES shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing defects not reported during inspection
• Damage caused by customer misuse after service
• Data loss from electronic devices
• Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
• Consequential or indirect damages

You may cancel a service request before work commences. Once service has started:

• Inspection charges are non-refundable
• Partial refunds may apply for unused parts
• Labor charges for completed work are non-refundable

In case of any disputes, we encourage customers to contact us first for resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Punjab, India.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
